I just blew 5 grand on my MR2. I decided it was time to stop being a pussy and just get'er done.

The sad news is i wont be using this place to update my MR2's progress anymore. Instead, catch all the action on my own website.

Tomorrow im going to be installing my new turbo. Its a stock turbo, but its a fresh rebuild and i got it for a STUPID low price. So low its embarassing. Wel just say , if i were to resell it, i would make a 500 dollar profit. :)

Ill be replacing that, slapping in my SARD injectors, new NGK plugs, oil change, Finishline Ceramic coated, portmatched/polished exhaust manifold, and im going to throw an entire can of carb cleaner through the engine... Help clean things out. While im there, im pulling the Intercooler to clean it. Ill keep updated with pictures.

So instead of buying a shitload of parts to replace whatevers gone bad on my car, im just buying a new motor. I found a genIII with 20something miles on it for a BALLER low price. The GenIII 3SGTE has ultra high flow heads, agressive cams, more agressive ECU, ultra high flow head, intake manifold, and throttle body, variable valve timing, and is rated at 246hp. Wee!

I bought a bunch of GenIII parts, i think im going to have to resell most of them now. All well, ill try to make a profit.

On top of all this, i found this guy that got on my website (CSR, columbus street racing.net) and gave me legal advice. I saw him at a campus party, he was driving an STi. When we started talking i realized who he was and was like OH SHIT! Hes down for helping me sue those white trash faggots that towed my MR2 and fucked up the fender. The estimate from the body shop is 2300 dollars... Ill probably buy a used fender, used headlight, and blow the rest on my motor.

So hopefully it all works out, ill keep this blog thing updated!

The coolant hose affectionatly referred to as "the hose from hell" by fellow MR2 enthusiasts has officially blown. its a coolant hose that runs under the turbo. You have to take the exhaust manifold and the turbo off to replace the 1.5inch metal hose. I dont know what the hell im going to do. I still need to replace the valve cover gasket to.

Another 20 minutes, another problem.

The rubber turbo inlet pipe (#1) has officially corroded to the point where its creating a vaccum leak, and not letting the AFM read the amount of air thats going into the motor properly. Therefor, it leans it out, and eventually stalls it. I managed to squeeze what was left of the pipe on to the turbo so that i could get home, but tomorrow im going to have to borrow some money from someone to go buy one at Toyota.

Anyone wanna make some predictions on what small, but significantly expensive part goes out next?

My car got towed from campus, and when i went to pick it up, i found this. Im taking them to court on monday, and i plan to bash their buisness name into the ground as well as any money they DO have left.

Upon further investigation, I have found I am not the only one this has happened to, and theyre being taken to court by several people, and have had mutiple police reports filed against them. That, and their office is a fucking TRAILOR with white fucking trash inside watching TV and eating popcorn.

Where theres a good, theres always a bad.

Brad and I finished making our custom intake setup for my car out of his old AEM intake and some handywork. And some home depot parts.

Immediatly i noticed a huge difference. I was finally boosting normally again. Well the 200k year old valve cover gasket didnt seem to like that to much, so on the way to the Ohio Hondas meet i blew 'er. I ordered a new one from Toyota, and am now waiting to get some time and help to put it on.

An update on the injectors, i had planned on buying a guys 10k old 440 stock injectors professionally cleaned by SARD. Still in the sealed bags. When i went to paypal him, he told me he sold them out from underneeth me. So now im in desperate search for fuel injectors, but im not settling for some 100k pieces of shit. Incase you didnt get the memo, One of my fuel injectors is working at like 30 percent duty cycle due to a malfunction of some type.
